I'm Ashara Taylor. I help small and growing businesses improve their products, make clearer decisions and get important work delivered.

My background spans product leadership, education, and technology. I've led platform transformations, built cross-functional teams, developed governance frameworks and worked with organisations through periods of growth and change.

My work has also included responsible technology and cross-industry collaboration, including establishing the Green Software Foundation's Green AI Committee, developing AI governance guidance for schools and trusts, and volunteering with the AIAAIC repository.

I'm also a writer, artist, and researcher with interests in archaeology, photography, and heritage. I'm currently studying an MA in Contemporary Art and Archaeology at UHI Orkney.
